Ingredients
  • 1tsp turmeric
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4tsp Ginger
  • 1 1/2cup Almond Milk/Milk of choicehomemade is best to avoid any nasties
  • 1-2tsp raw honey
  • 1tbsp ghee
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat ingredients on medium heat and whisk together.
  3. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!
